  2. WATP & TVEGC in Glasgow

    We Are The Physics have been added to a second The Victorian English Gentlemens Club date, joining in at Glasgow's King Tuts on 5th August, in addition to their already confirmed support slot in Edinburgh a day earlier.

  3. Popular Workshop Video Nomination

    Word has just reached us that the video for Popular Workshop's video, 'Reptilians', has reached the semi-finals for the 'Live Action' category in the Adobe Design Achievement Awards.

    "The Adobe® Design Achievement Awards celebrate student achievement reflecting the powerful convergence of technology and the creative arts. The competition — which showcases individual and group projects created with industry-leading Adobe creative software — honors the most talented and promising student graphic designers, photographers, illustrators, animators, digital filmmakers, developers and computer artists from the world's top institutions of higher education."

    'Reptilians' was entered by Kristina Hofmann of both the Royal College of Art, and Koja+K.

  4. We Are The Physics Tour Dates

    We Are The Physics have confirmed they are to play a string of tour dates this Summer, while working on the follow-up to debut album, 'OK At Music'.

    One of the dates confirmed thus far is a support slot with none other than our own TVEGC, up in Edinburgh.

  5. Heads We Dance Remix Competition

    Heads We Dance are planning to release a remix album later this year, to accompany debut album 'Love Technology'. They are looking for the best up-and-coming remixers to contribute tracks.

    The remix album will feature the best of their existing remixes, including those by Don Diablo, Frankmusik, Tepr, Russ Chimes, Sidechains and Louis La Roche, as well as brand new remixes of album tracks.

    Heads We Dance have uploaded a cappellas of the tracks available for remix to headswedance.co.uk/remixes and ask for submissions to be e-mailed to the band at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) by Monday 10th August.
